Dream Team Dental offers the following services

A visual screening is required before any of the other services can be performed.

• The visual dental screening is a non-invasive look into the child's mouth to check for signs of decay and disease. Fee $16
• Fluoride varnish is a sticky coating that is applied to the student's teeth. It is too sticky to swallow and the student is able to eat and drink within 30 minutes afterwards. Fee $ 16
• Sealants are thin, plastic coatings painted on the chewing surfaces of the teeth and can last up to 10 years. They keep cavity-causing germs from entering into the small "pits" and "fissures" in back teeth. On the average four sealants are applied, but more or less could be needed. We can call you with a quote before we apply them. Each sealant is guaranteed for 3 years. Fee $ 26 for each sealant.
• Proper brushing and flossing techniques and information on the importance of good dental care. A free toothbrush and floss are given to the child

Because it is hard for pre-school children to open their mouths wide enough or long enough to have sealants applied or their teeth cleaned, we usually only recommend the visual screening and fluoride application to this age group. However, we are happy to attempt sealants, but will not continue if the child is uncomfortable. You will not be charged unless we are successful. The visual exam and fluoride application are quick, easy procedures and are usually not a problem. Again, you will only be charged for services completed

Our services can be paid for in two ways:

Medicaid (DSHA clients):

If your child is a Medicaid client, all of our services are 100% free. We ask that you
provide a copy of your current eligibility coupon/card when you return the consent form to school.

Private Pay:

Private pay is through a debit or Credit Card only.  Please do not send the Card or Card number to school.  Please provide a phone number where we can reach you during school hours and we will contact you for the information.

We are happy to provide the documentation of our services performed if you would like to turn it in yourself to your private insurance company for possible reimbursement.
