Dr. Kevin and Dr. Nima

Dr. Kevin - Born and Raised in Los Angeles, fluent in French and English, Dr. Kevin always had an eye for working with his hands. Passionate about home-improvement and projects, Dr. Kevin often found himself building and assembling to pass time. From early on he realized he would want to utilize his crafting skills one way or another. Dentistry was a natural choice. Graduating from University of California Santa Barbara with a bachelors degree in Biopsychology, he then moved on to NYU College of Dentistry. He received his D.D.S. degree, having spent time in the Honors Faculty Practice program. He loves the endodontic and restorative disciplines, always looking to learn all aspects of dentistry. He is happy to be a dentist serving the Whittier area.
Dr. Nima - Born and raised in Los Angeles, fluent in Farsi and English, Dr. Nima has always been a passionate student. Understanding the science and reasons behind form and function piques his interest. In his free time, he likes to cook very complex ethnic dishes from all over the world; his favorite dish to prepare is Ramen. Dr. Nima is a fourth generation dentist and always knew it was the profession for him. Having been raised around a number of dentists, it was an easy choice for him to dedicate his life to the field. Dr. Nima received his bachelors degree in anthropology from UCLA. His D.D.S. degree was awarded by NYU College of dentistry including time spend in the Honors Faculty Practice Program. Dr. Nima is most interested in pediatrics and oral surgery, however is skilled well beyond.
Dr. Gizel Tabibnia D.M.D., M.S - Orthodontic

Dr. Gizel Tabibnia is a Los Angeles native who graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology, and a minor in French. She earned her DMD degree at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and then went on to complete three years of orthodontic training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, receiving a Masters of Science degree. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. She is also an active member of numerous professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and the Alpha Omega Dental Society. Dr. Tabibnia is excited to provide tailored services for both children and adults to satisfy all of their orthodontic needs, using braces and clear aligners to achieve beautiful results.
Dr. Josh Ely - Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

Dr. Josh Ely is a highly trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon dedicated to delivering advanced surgical care with precision and compassion. Educated at the UCLA School of Dentistry, he built a strong foundation in clinical excellence and leadership, serving as President of both the UCLA Apollonian Society and UCLA Alpha Omega. Dr. Ely specializes in procedures such as dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, and bone grafting, using the latest technology and evidence-based techniques to ensure safe, efficient, and comfortable outcomes.
Dr. Ely is an active member of leading professional organizations, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, reflecting his deep commitment to the field and ongoing professional development. Known for his patient-centered philosophy, he prioritizes clear communication and personalized treatment planning, helping patients feel informed and confident at every stage of care while striving to improve long-term oral health and quality of life.
